Human Capacity Coaching.
“Capability is what you can do.
Capacity is what you can hold.”
The leaders who find their way to this work already sense it — that presence, real presence, is what complex times are asking for.
The meetings that drain rather than energise. The decisions that feel technically correct but somehow hollow. The sense that you are performing leadership rather than inhabiting it.
This is not a skills problem.
The layer underneath — presence, discernment, the quality of attention you bring into a room — has never been developed. Not because you didn't want to. Because no one offered it as a thing that could be developed.
This is that work.
The work is transformative but its not for everyone
These are not skills to acquire. They are territories to inhabit — qualities of being that determine the quality of everything else.
-
What becomes possible when you stop pushing and simply arrive.
-
The quiet inner knowing that was there all along.
-
The difference between managing people and actually meeting them.
-
Finding the words that match what you actually mean.
-
The capacity to see what isn't yet — before you know how to get there.
-
What makes the work worth doing, underneath the doing.
-
Showing up fully, in your life as it actually is.
We work through all seven. Not as a curriculum — as a living inquiry, responsive to what you are actually navigating.
The Container
Three months. One-to-one. Weekly.
This is not a coaching programme with modules and homework. It is a companioning, a sustained presence alongside yours, as something in you begins to shift.
We meet once a week for 75 minutes:
Twelve sessions across three months. Between sessions, you have access to practices, inquiries, and reflections drawn from the capacity we are currently working with.
This is not a coaching programme with modules and homework. It is a companioning; a sustained presence alongside yours, as something in you begins to shift.
Sessions draw from mindfulness, somatic awareness, Diamond Approach inquiry, and Nonviolent Communication. You do not need to know what any of that means. You only need to bring what is actually here.
What's included:
12 sessions over 3 months (75 min each)
Between-session practices and written inquiries
Voice note access for moments that can't wait
A capacity assessment at the start and close
Investment: $7,500
Payment plans available. A limited number of reduced-rate places are held for those in transition. Twice-weekly sessions available as an add-on.
Who this is for.
You are a leader: in an organisation, or in the midst of leaving one. You are capable, self-aware, and increasingly certain that what got you here will not get you to what's next.
You are not in crisis. You are at a threshold.
You are ready to work at the layer beneath performance.
About Nico
I spent 25 years inside the systems I now help people navigate — as a designer, a director, and eventually as Global Design Director at Fjord / Accenture, leading teams across complexity that didn't have easy names.
I was also, the whole time, doing the other work.
Certified by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach through the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification Program. Trained in Kundalini Yoga (KRI, 220 hours, New Mexico). A student of the Diamond Approach: a rigorous path of embodied psychological and spiritual inquiry — for years. Trained in Nonviolent Communication and Wise Speech with Oren Jay Sofer.
I am not a former executive who discovered mindfulness. I am someone who held both for a long time, quietly, until it became clear that holding them separately was the wrong move.
The organisational authority and the embodied depth are not in tension. They are the thing.
Lebanese. Shaped by non-linear conditions. Fluent in systems that don't return to baseline.
Nobody else sits at exactly this intersection. That's not a credential. That's a life.
“I have spent my career studying what happens to humans inside complex systems — and now I work with people directly at the level of human capacity.”
Start a conversation
This work begins with a conversation – an honest exchange about where you are and whether this is the right container for what you're navigating.
If it is, we'll find a way to make it work.
If it isn't, I'll tell you that too.
