What is a Reset Retreat?
A Reset Retreat is a carefully curated experience designed to restore balance across mind, body, and spirit. We combine movement, yoga, strength training, mindfulness, breathwork, somatic practices, and community connection so you return home renewed and recharged.
-
Who are Reset Retreats for?
Our retreats are for anyone looking to pause, reset, and reconnect. You don’t need to be an experienced yogi, meditator, or fitness enthusiast. We welcome beginners and seasoned practitioners alike.
-
Do I need prior experience with yoga, meditation, or nervous system practices?
Not at all. Every session is designed with accessibility in mind, offering modifications and options so you can participate at your own pace. Not only that, but there is absolutely no pressure to participate in all of the sessions on offer. We designed these retreats for you to go at your own pace.

Who are 'We Are Reset Retreats?'
We Are Reset Retreats is a collective of experienced teachers and guides who believe in balance – strength and softness, movement and rest. Our team brings together personal training, yoga, meditation, breathwork, and nervous system reset practices to create a truly holistic retreat experience. Each facilitator contributes their unique expertise, but together we share one vision: helping you return to your natural state of balance so you can live with more energy, clarity, and ease.
-
What makes Reset Retreats different from other wellness retreats?
Most retreats focus only on one modality – yoga, fitness, or meditation. We believe true reset happens when you experience the whole range: sweat and stillness, strength and softness. That’s the unique balance we offer.

What does a typical day look like?
Each retreat is unique, but you can expect a mix of movement (yoga, PT, or strength training), mindfulness (meditation, breathwork, journaling), nourishing meals, rest time, and community connection. Evenings often close with grounding or relaxation practices.
